The tube packing 75ml

Description behind the tube

Description

The ingredients

The first time I use this mask, I put on to my whole face, it take quite a while to dry up because I put it turn out I applied the mask unevenly. After about 30 minutes, the mask finally dried up and it is quite difficult to peel off. I would say it is very painful and cause my face redness because it peeled off my facial hair as well, luckily the redness did not last long and disappear after a few hours. I do not recommend to put this mask on to the whole face, focus only on nose and forehead or chin area, because it is quite good in removing blackheads and whiteheads. OK, the next picture I am showing is gross, if you are sensitive to gross photo of peel off blackheads and whiteheads, please skip this part. This is result of peeled off mask from my nose area.

The second time I put this mask only on my forehead, nose and chin area. And no more experience redness, I don't think this product is suitable for sensitive skin. However this is quite effective in removing blackheads and whiteheads. Since blackheads and whiteheads is a long term battle, this mask need to be continually used on a weekly basis.

What I like about this mask:

  • Effective to remove blackheads and whiteheads
  • Can apply on T zone and chin area
  • Affordable

What I don't like about this mask:

  • Difficult to peel off at first
  • I do not recommend to put on whole face, cause redness the first time and peeled off facial hair
  • Difficult to wash off remaining traces of mask (sticky)

Overall, still a good mask to remove blackheads and whiteheads. I will continue to use this product.

The ingredients and instruction

Putting the cleansing gel to the test:

From the left:
  • Water proof mascara
  • BB Cream
  • Water proof eye liner

OK, the cleansing gel look like - white clear gel with nice scent

Gently massage over in circular motion on the stains, easily remove all traces except the water proof mascara was slightly need to massage over few times and the result is clear skin.

Skin is clear

Basically this is quite good but I recommend to use cotton to swap over especially eyes area because its stings if the gel traces leak to into eyes.

  • Affordable (RM32.50) This is cosway member price
  • Water based
  • Convenient two in one cleanser, can skip make up remover
  • Leaving skin moist, supple and soft

What I don't like about this cleansing gel

  • Stings eyes if gel leak into eyes

Holika Holika Egg Soap

Hi all, here is another review on Holika Holika product (Korea Brand). It's called the Egg Soap, they have 4 types, you may purchase individually or buy the special set of 4 types all together, price is around RM80+ if I remembered correctly and may purchase from Holika Holika outlet, I think also available from sasa.com, the four types are:

  • White - for pore contraction
  • Green - dead skin cell care
  • Clay - Removal of dirt
  • Charcoal - Sebum absoption

The packing

 Close up

Inside the packing contained 4 types of egg soap

My thoughts:

What I like about this product:

  • It feels like using real white egg

What I dislike about this product:

  • Not so hygienic because it's a soap bar.
  • The shape like egg need to hold carefully, otherwise will slip of your hand and onto the floor, it's not hygienic.
  • You need to have a special storage of container for this, to store it well.

Overall, I think this product is so so and will not re-purchase because, it's not moisturizing enough for me. Need to use for long term to see better results.

Direction and ingredients

The toner contain calendula leaves

This toner is suitable for sensitive skin and acne prone skin, it is mild and hypo allergic, calendula leaves is well known to sooth skin and promotes healing.

This is calendula leaves look like unprocessed (source from google)

What I like about this Toner
  • Mild and sooth skin
  • Organic
  • Hypo allergic

What I don't like about this Toner
  • Quite pricey
  • Bottle packing, need to be extra gentle to not drop it
  • Need to be gentle because this toner is no shake (read the direction on the picture above)

The scent of this toner is light, almost no scent even though the ingredients mentioned fragrance. Overall I am liking this toner but might not re-purchase, I am still searching for a better toner.

Skinlite Clean & Bright Oxygen Bubble Mask Blueberry Review

As promised here is the review for Skinlite bubble mask "Blueberry", if you missed the part one of this mask click here.

I bought this bubble mask from Sasa during promotion 3 packs for RM10.00 normal price at RM6.90 per pack (one sachet actually have two treatments). I really like the "Peach" mask as I mentioned earlier. So I was also excited to try the "Blueberry" one. To re-cap again the Peach one basically is for moisturize and re-illuminates dull skin and Blueberry one combats skin aging.

This is what the packing look like, more less the same like the peach one...only in blue...

The back of the packaging...

Here is the description on the packaging...

Here is the ingredients... sorry forgotten to peel of the price tag, partially covered the ingredients...

After using the mask. Here is what I think about this mask...

What I like about this mask:
  1. Brighten my skin.
  2. Skin feels clean, supple and soft.
  3. Affordable.

What I don't like about this mask:
  1. I don't like the scent of this mask, it is not strong, some what smell like blueberry, but like chemical made kind of blueberry smell...
  2. Skin feels slightly tight but tolerable, I think this is due to the green tea ingredient in this mask. (might not be a con after all if I guess is due to the green tea) green tea known for improving sagging skin.

Overall, this mask is not bad but I prefer the Peach one. I will certainly re-purchase the peach one. Can't believe how this mask is cheaper than Sasatinnie mask and is somewhat better.

Sasatinnie Masks Review

Hi guys, I suppose to review the Skinlite Blueberry bubble mask, but I will do that later part. Here is the review on Sasatinnie mask which I purchased during promotion they have "buy two free one", so I bought three types of Sasatinnie mask. Below are the masks:
  1. Sasatinnie Platinum White Truffle (Brightening Silky Mask)
  2. Sasatinnie Aloe & Olive (Deep Moist Silky Mask)
  3. Sasatinnie Rose Hip Oil (Tightening & Rejuvenating Silky Mask)

Fancy packing, 10 pieces of mask in one box

The individual packing of mask

Description on the Brightening Silky Mask

Ingredients of the Brightening Silky Mask

Review on Sasatinnie Platinum White Truffle (Brightening Silky Mask)
What I like about the mask:
  • Skin feels moist after usage
  • Fancy packing
  • Not sticky - you can feel the essence was light and easily absorb by skin

What I don't like about the mask:
  • The scent is like Ambi Pur car perfume
  • Does not brighten and improve skin tone as mentioned on the mask sachet description, skin look dull after used
  • Overall for this mask is the worst I have tried on, I noticed after using this mask my skin tone become worse. Also, because next morning after using the mask I noticed my fine lines were more noticeable
I don't recommend this mask to anyone at all, so what do I do with the remaining mask? What a waste of money. I think I would use it as foot mask instead. The moral of the story is buy loose mask before buying in bulk just because it is on promotion. So since I bought three different types I hope the other two would give better result.

Review on Sasatinnie Aloe & Olive (Deep Moist Silky Mask)
What I like about the mask:
  • Skin feels moist after usage
  • Fancy packing
  • Not sticky - you can feel the essence was light and easily absorb by skin

What I don't like about the mask:
  • What?? The scent slightly different buy also reminds me of Ambi Pur car perfume
  • What a dissapointment this mask does not improve skin radiance as mentioned on the mask sachet description, instead skin look dull after used
  • The worse mask I have tried on, I noticed after using this mask my skin tone become worse.
  • I don't recommend this mask to anyone at all
Description on the Tightening & Rejuvenating Silky Mask

Ingredients of Tightening & Rejuvenating Silky Mask

After having bad experience on the above two types of mask which made my skin look more worse, I decided not to try on the Rose Hip Oil Mask, I rather use it on my feet. Gosh! I don't know why these masks doesn't suit me. Maybe its just me, if you wanted to try on this mask, you can go ahead to purchase the loose mask first to try if this mask suits your skin, buying one box without trying is not a good idea even though it is on good deal.

SkinLite Clean & Bright Oxygen Bubble Mask Peach Review

Have you tried bubble mask before? This is my first bubble mask, it's called Skinlite Clean & Bright Oxygen Bubble Mask Peach (origin from Korea), I got it from Sasa 3 packs for RM10.00 during promotion (normal price at RM6.90).

This is what the packaging look like... did you notice actually it's 2 treatments?

Description on packaging...

Description on the packing:
Skinlite Clean & Bright Oxygen Bubble Mask PEACH immediately turns oxygen-rich foam, revitalizing skin
with oxygen as it deep-cleanses, exfoliates, and massages skin. The oxygen foam deeply penetrates into skin to eliminate pore-clogging impurities, blackheads, and dead skin cells, while it helps brighten uneven skin tones. Peach extract moisturize and re-illuminates dull skin. Papaya, green tea and bamboo extract leave skin soft and supple.

Instruction on the packing:
1. Open sachet and apply mask to dry face with dry hands evenly over face. avoiding eyes and lips. (*make sure dry your face and hands. Wet skin may prevent the mask from lathering up)
2. Leave until mask lathers up.
3. Massage gently with fingertips for 30-60 seconds to cleanse.
4. Wash off with lukewarm water and tone skin.

Okay....let's move on for the review. Teared out the sachet into half follow the line, second half treatment can store away for next use (don't worry to tear as it's pre-sealed for both treatments, just tear follow the line).

Squeeze out the content...

The content was very little unlike other usual wash off mask, I was worried whether it is enough to cover my whole face - I have never use this type of mask before and never seen this little content of liquid mask before, well turn out it's enough to cover my whole face. The color is white and consistency glue like. Have a nice and light peach scent.

Once applied to dry face, the mask slowly lather up... tiny bubbles building up and it's amazing and fun to watch.

After leaving the bubbles on my face for a few minutes, I massage then washed my face with lukewarm water. I noticed my face was brighter and supple; feels slightly tight. I really like this mask, I didn't expect it to be this good since I didn't put much expectation on this mask since it is very cheap.

What I like about this mask:

  1. Brighten my face.
  2. Skin feels clean, supple and soft.
  3. Affordable.
  4. Nice light peach scent.
What I don't like about this mask:
  1. Skin feels slightly tight after use (not sure this is con or pro, could be pro due to green tea ingredient can tighten skin).
  2. Ingredients contained perfume. Prefer natural ingredient for the scent of peach.
Overall this is still a good mask. However there is a caution on the packing that this mask should not be on blemishes, pimples, irritated or sunburned skin. I have a few pimples, I think it's fine and I found no irritation after using this mask. If you have a very sensitive skin you might want to try it out at a small part of your skin. From the same range of mask they have Blueberry as well which I will review next. Basically the Peach one moisturized and re-illuminates dull skin and the Blueberry one combats skin aging. Stay tunes for next review :)
