I am back, here is a review on Yadah Anti Trouble Cleanser. 

If you don't already know Yadah is a skin care brand from Korea. I am very excited because this is another brand that:

• FREE of artificial coloring
• FREE of mineral oil
• FREE of Parabean
• FREE of animal material

You will see a cute girl character on their branding named Yadah and his alien pet. Basically this brand is specially formulated for teenagers and young adults - no harsh chemical used, their products basically based on natural plants extract - a mixture of organic, natural and ecocert. By the way if you are way over young adults age, you still can use this product as it was mentioned in their website that it is also suitable for all ages and all skin types. 

Their best seller is the bubble cleanser. They have two bubble cleanser, one is for normal skin type and another for trouble skin. Even though I do not have a trouble skin, I opted for this anti trouble bubble cleanser because my skin prone to acne during my period time which is normal for most people, just so to minimize the periodic acne.

Rich bubble lather

I have been using this cleanser for one and a half month and it is already almost finish, I think this 150ml can last for approximately 2 months. I really like the light refreshing scent and rich lather, unlike other cleanser that you need to rub and lather up by yourself, you just need to pump the ready lather up cleanser and gently massage on your face. My skin feels squeaky clean after used, but it does not dry my skin, skin feels moist, supple and soft. This is by far the second cleanser that I am satisfied in and very happy with the result. If you ask me about whether this cleanser able to treat pimples or not, I am not very sure as myself do not have trouble skin but I did found that my skin was having less pimple (only one or two acne) during my period, the previous month before using this cleanser the acne was more.

The price for this anti trouble bubble cleanser is RM69.00 (150ml) quite affordable and at a reasonable price.     

What I like about this product:

• Skin feels squeaky clean after used
• Skin feels moist, supple and soft after used
• Affordable 
• Rich lather, no need to lather it up by rubbing your palm on it like other cleanser
• Nice refreshing scent
• Based on natural ingredients, gentle with no harsh chemical, suitable for sensitive skin
• Parabean free, mineral oil free etc.

What I don't like about this product:

• The only complain I have is this cleanser finish quick, by one and a half month I already almost used them up.

Meiji Amino Collagen Review

Hi guys... Sorry for the lack of posting lately. Here is a review on Meiji Amino Collagen. Number one Collagen supplement in Japan according to H.B Foods and Marketing 2012. 

Meiji Amino Collagen is one of the most well known brand among many collagen products, origin from Japan. Do you feel familiar with the brand "meiji"? hehe... do you know the meiji biscuit brand, I like the strawberry stick biscuit by meiji brand? It's one of my favorite snacks. It's the same company that producing this collagen. :) 

I bought from sasa during promotion, buy two free one, per can about USD 48.40 sasa usually have this promotion time to time. Per can is for 28 days consumption, inside the can you will find a measurement spoon. One spoon per day of 5000mg of collagen. Can mix with hot drink or cold drink or even add into foods. Not to worry to add into hot drink it won't change the property or benefits of this product.

This is what the packing look like, they do have the re-fill packing as well, same price with can type.

You will find a measurement spoon inside, one can enough for 28 days. One spoon per day. Almost finish this can as you can see.

When we age the collagen in our body will start declining and thus we need collagen supplement to maintain youthful looking skins. This is is the main reason why many collagen products in the market, even thought there are many arguments about its efficiency, many proven to be producing good results. 

I am into my third can of Meiji Amino Collagen. My first time taking this collagen, it was awful because I took it plain mix with a glass of water, because I just wanted to know what it taste like. It tasted "fishy", smell fishy as well not very pleasant to consume on its own. After that I took it with hot chocolate drinks, can't smell or taste the fishy smell anymore, so it was much better. 

I finished 2 cans already and do my skin improve? well I don't see major changes on my skin but I did find my skin smoother and brighter, but I am not 100% sure it is due to this product because I also have been using other skin care products on my face. My overall skin does look supple and slightly brighter. Overall I would say it does help in keeping your skin supple and youthful. But don't expect a miracle.    

What I like about this product:

• Keep skin look supple and youthful 
• Can mix with hot drink
• Reliable and well known brand

What I don't like about this product:

• Smell and tested fishy
• Quite pricey

I will try another brand next time, I am thinking of FINE Collagen, the price is about USD 2 more expensive than this brand and also originated from Japan, I will write a review on it once I tried them out. You can visit their official website if you are interested to check out more details about this product...

Avene Cleanance Gel Review (Soapless Cleanser)

I am excited to introduce my first ever must have beauty item. This is the cleanser that I used to  use during my teenage year however I stopped due to my limited budget. It is a great cleanser. I recently use this product again and voila I think I won't be changing cleanser again anytime soon, I have tried many but this is the best cleanser ever. If you haven't try this product you are missing out something superb. 

I got mine from Sasa outlet during promotion for RM50.45  (200ml) normal price RM56.05 at Sasa.

This cleanser also known as soap-less cleanser. The brand Avene is from France and their products is well known to specialize in sensitive skin. I think their most famous product would be the face mist which I reviewed before here.

What I like about this cleanser:

• Skin feels clean and supple 
• Skin immediately looks brighter and smooth 
• Value for money - great quality

What I don't like about this cleanser:

• Pump dispenser would be more convenient, but I really like this product, I can't complain because what matter is the cleanser does great to my skin  

You must try this product if you haven't. This cleanser is officially my "Holy Grail".

ABC Soup Recipe

I am cooking a hearty soup today and I am sharing this easy peasy ABC recipe, it is really simple and easy just like abc, yet really delicious and healthy. I can eat this alone, this is a homey and comfort food for me.

Lots of veges is good for you

Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)

1. Chicken drumstick 2 pieces
2. Corn 1 stick
3. Carrot 2 stick
4. Tomato 2 pieces
5. Potato 4-5 pieces
6. Onion 2 pieces
7. About 1.5 to 2 liter of water
8. Salt to taste 

Clean and cut all the ingredients

Preparation:

1. Prepare soup pot place on stove with low fire, pour in about 2 liter of clean water.
2. Clean and wash the chicken and remove the chicken skins. Don't need to cut to smaller pieces, it will all become soft after.
3. Put in the chicken into soup pot.
4. Skin the potatoes and cut according to desired size.
5. Skin the onions and cut according to desired size.
6. Skin the carrots and cut according to desired size.
7. Clean and wash tomato and cut according to desired size.
8. Clean and wash the corn and cut according to desired size.
9. Add in all ingredients into the soup pot.
10. Cook in slow fire for about 2-3 hours. The water will reduce slowly, so you may add water as and when needed.
11. Add salt to taste.
12. Serve warm.

Just boil all the ingredients

After boiling for about 2 hours

Very easy recipe and healthy meal, the soup tasted really refreshing, savory sweet due to all the essence from the vegetables. You should try this if you haven't. Just make sure not to put too much water, otherwise the essence will all be diluted. :)

O'slee Clear Spa Sleeping Mask Review

This is another review of my favorite item. It's from O'slee range called Clear Spa Sleeping Mask. At first I did not like this mask because the mask stick on my pillow case, but later on I found a way to solve this, keep on reading to find out. I purchased this item from Guardian RM50.90 for 50ml, okay it's exclusively available at Guardian outlet, also available online at sasa and oslee website. 

Description on the packing

Purifying : Botanic Clarifying Complex purifies skin and neutralizes skin toxins, making the skin more absorbent.
Hydrating : Spa Moisturizing Factor (SMF) provides non-stop hydration to skin which enhancing skin revitalizing action overnight.
Relaxing : The natural scent of rose helps realize relaxation and nice sleep. And skin becomes receptive to nutrients and moisture from skincare products.
Anti-Oxidant : Newly added Licorice Extract and Vitamin E avoid skin from oxidation and provide skin with extra moisture overnight.

I almost finish this mask

The mask is gel like but not runny, it's lightly sticky kind of consistency, oil free and have a scent of rose hip, similar scent like the rest of their products, the color is aqua blue marine like. 

My thoughts:

At first when I use this mask I don't like it, basically you need to apply this mask on your face before bed, the mask actually stick on my pillow and it's a mess and sticky - very uncomfortable. After a while I didn't use it, one day I decided to re-use this but apply it at night time for few hours while watching TV and doing my things, then wash it off. And it really hydrates my skin. I use it that way thereafter. 

What I like about this products:

• Skin feels moisturized, supple and smooth after used.
• Oil free

What I don't like about products:

• I don't like using it as overnight mask because of the stickiness, mess and uncomfortable
• I finish this mask fairly quick because I applied them quite thick on my face, I wish the content were more.

Overall I really like this mask because it really hydrates my skin. I recommend this mask for those who wanted to hydrates their skin. I rate this mask a full 5/5 stars, it's one of my favorite item of the year.

Hada Labo AHA+BHA Facial Wash Review

This is a review of my favorite facial cleanser to date. It's called Hada Labo AHA+BHA Facial Wash. I bought from Cosway for RM27 plus (130g), cheaper from buying at Watson which is about RM32 plus (130g). I noticed recently that they have this facial wash in liquid version, which I have never try yet. This is cream like version.

• Gently exfoliate skin to remove impurities, dirt and oil trapped in pores.
• Polishes away dullness and refines skin's textures for visibly clear skin, smooth and radiant skin.
• Skin PH balanced, low irritation.
• Free of fragrance, mineral oil, alcohol and colorant.

Ingredients

If you don't already know, AHA is Alpha Hydroxy Acid, mainly for removing dead skin cells. BHA is Beta Hydroxy Acid work to reduce fine lines, stimulate collogen and firm skin. Okay, the ingredients does contain paraben, I noticed most Hada Labo products contained paraben. If you don't already know paraben ingredient in skincare made headlines because paraben is found to be exist in cancer cell. Thus there were scare / suspected that paraben might cause cancer. (Paraben is used in skincare mainly as preservatives) Thus many skincare lines now stating in their product paraben free. Although there are still many arguments on this issue, for me personally I am still neutral on this. But of course those products that paraben free which usually expensive have more advantages, because people feel safer / worry free using it, even though this might not been proven 100% yet. 

All in all, I really like this facial wash, it's one of my favorite cleanser to date, because my skin feel squeaky clean and supple moist after used. Doesn't feel taut and drying at all. 

What I like about this product:

• Skin feels squeaky clean
• Skin feels moist and supple after used

What I don't like about this product: 

• I wish it lather up more, don't get me wrong, it does lather up quite well, but I wish it would lather up more/richer
