Today review is for Shiseido Perfect UV Protector SPF 50+ PA ++++ very water resistant. Shiseido is well known for their sun block. This post is my empties and they have the new version with blue – orange packing, so this is the old packing. I have a lot of empties which I want to review before throwing those away, just so I can review it when I need to.

How to use:

Shake well before use.

Before sun exposure, apply a generous amount of lotion evenly to face and body.

When using on face, apply following skin care.

To remove, rinse off thoroughly using daily cleanser.

Verdict:

The texture of this sun screen is runny white liquid colour - white with hint of pink/peach colour. Not oily nor leaves white cast upon application, it has a light scent. Absorb quickly and nicely. Need to shake well before using, inside the bottle contain a metal ball – how do I know? I open it up before throwing away the empty bottle. 

Pros

Lightweight on skin

Not greasy or oily

Can use on face and body (although it would be kinda expensive to apply on your body)

Smooth finish – not shining 

Cons

Expensive and price gradually increase yearly

Need to shake well before usage – sometimes I forgotten to shake it

If you are going for a vacation or outing where you needed full SPF coverage, this is a good option – because of the water resistant function and you can confidently use this to avoid sun burn – of course you need to re-apply every hour to ensure full protection, especially after swimming. For everyday usage, where you mostly stay indoor - I found this expensive. There are other sun block with SPF50+ which can substitute this product for daily use – for those not expose to sun too long.

Today review is for Bodyshop Tea Tree Oil. This is use for treating acne and to apply on affected area only.

How to use:

- Tamanu Oil from Madagascar - traditionally used to promote healthy-looking skin and has fantastic skin moisturising properties
- Lemon Tea Tree from Kenya - Anti-bacterial to give the products a zesty fragrance

Verdict
I applied this oil on affected area and in the morning I noticed it reduce the acne swelling and redness. Very pleasant smell, love it.  

Pros
- Reduce swelling and redness, heal acne with diligent usage
- Affordable
- Pleasant herbal scent 

Cons
- I use at night only, so I can apply generously, using it under other product at day time would be a little oily if applied generously.
- Only partial organic? Why the other ingredients not stated as organic?

Final verdict: For me this scores 4.8/5, really effective and the scent is relaxing and soothing. I have tried other Tea Tree Oil and find this is by far the best compare to other brands so far. Definitely one of my favorite.

Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel Review

Verdict:

This is a soap free formula, non-drying and leaves skin supple and moist after used. In clear gel texture without noticiable scent. Didn't lather much - just decent.

Expensive

The gel hardened at the dispenser hole after sometimes - even if you close the cap

Will not re-purchase, Yadah bubble cleanser have the same quality with much affordable price. 

Laneige Clear C Advanced Effector_EX Review

This is a review for Laneige Clear C Advanced Effector_EX. This product is for all skin type. This is an skin prep essence which can be used right after cleansing. The main function of this product is for skin brightening.

Packing in a heavy bottle with pump dispenser

As you can see on the bottle indication this bottle, this skin prep essence can last up to 28 days if follow the recommended amount dispense for each use, morning and night. 

My Verdict:

After using this product, I notice some of the dark spot on my skin did lighten slightly. It is not oily at all, watery consistency with slight scent. A good product, but extra step in skin care if you are diligent, I believe this will produce a positive result on your skin. But be prepared to invest budget on this.
