1. Never Ever Pop Your Acne
It’s very tempting to pop your acne or pimples especially when it appear like a volcano. But if you don’t want your face to end up like the moon surface, don’t ever pop it. Otherwise your skin will scar for life and the surface will be dented and can’t be undone. You will notice this as you age and your collagen production reduce, the dents will be more obvious as you age.
2. Keep a Healthy Lifestyle
Maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet:
• Eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid oily food and junk food
• Keep hydrated – drink 2-3 litre of water per day
• Exercise if you can
• If you are adult, alcohol and smoking is out of the question
• Sleep at least 8 hours a day
3. Diligent in Skin Care Routine
Because acne involve sebum (skin oil), keratinization (shedding dead skin cells), white blood cells, and bacteria; you need maintain skin care routine of washing, toning, moisturizing and apply sun screen then exfoliate & use mask once a week. Don’t give up when it don’t get well yet, diligently continue your skin care routine.
Tips:
• If you don’t use sunscreen your will have dark spots which will not show immediately on your skin but overtime as you age
• If you don’t moisturize your skin, your skin will produce more sebum to condition your skin
• If you don’t exfoliate, your skin will accumulated with dead skin - yucky
4. Use nature based / organics products
Among the products that really helps for me are:

5. Don’t touch your face with your hand
Because your hands collect plenty of bacteria, don’t transfer those bacteria to your face and make your acne worse.
